We always endeavor to give you the best travel experiences. Before making any reservation with TRIPSKARO, we request you to read Terms and Conditions carefully. When you make booking of any travel services offered by TripsKaro website, it shall be considered a proof that you have read and accept T & C without any reservation. It establishes a contractual arrangement between you (Client) and TRIPSKARO and represents the Client’s acceptance of the TRIPSKARO Terms & Conditions set out herein.

Terms and Conditions

1.       ABOUT THE SITE -TripsKaro is a unit of TravXplorer Private Limited, a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. TripsKaro is a website that sells flights, hotels, tour packages at very competitive prices. It also provides assistance for your visa application to the selected destinations.

 

2.       MERCHANT/SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

·         TripsKaro operates as an agent for arranging travel services for you through third party suppliers (Principal Suppliers of Travel Products). Hence, as our clients, you will also be subject to the terms and conditions of any third party suppliers in addition to TripsKaro’s terms and conditions.

·         Promotion of offers/discounts on the site does not ensure a legally binding offer. The offers/discounts available on the Website may be based on the information provided by third party suppliers ("merchants")/bank. We do our best to verify the information provided to us by merchants but we cannot guarantee its accuracy on all occasions.

 

3.       ELIGIBILITY - You must be over 18 years of age to be able to make any booking on TripsKaro website and to give consent to the processing of your personal data.

 

4.       MEMBER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS-

  • By using our services, you will become a registered member of our website. Whenever any user visits the website to book the travel services offered by TripsKaro, it will automatically create a login ID & password for that user, which will be then communicated to the client by mail/SMS/What’s app. Client can access this account to make any future booking and to retrieve all the travel history, vouchers, tickets, and invoices.

·         Every client is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on their account; hence they must regularly change the password to ensure the security of their account. 

·         If you suspect that your password is no longer secure or there is any unauthorized activity on your account, you should immediately notify us via email or call. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility and the company is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

·         TripsKaro is not responsible for lost or stolen booking confirmations or fraudulent use of the booking confirmation's unique reference number.

 

 

 

5.       PRIVACY INFORMATION-

 

·         While making any booking, client must provide his/her accurate and complete personal Information including first and last name, contact number, valid email address, DOB, Passport Details (wherever applicable) etc. We accept no liability for any errors that you make in the booking form.

·         The information gathered from you will be used by us to ensure better experience/offers for you on our website, which will be communicated to you through email/sms/what’s app messages.  

·         Your information is stored securely, and will only be used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

6.       SALE OF SERVICES  (Flight & Hotel) -

 

·         Availability & prices of services offered on website are up-to-date at the time of display. However, due to exchange rate fluctuations or increases in supplier rates, they are subject to change in the process of making the final booking.            

·         Although, client will receive a confirmed air ticket for a particular flight booking, but if the flight gets delayed or cancelled due to Missing connection / Amended schedule or any other unavoidable reason, it is the responsibility of the Airline Company to take the necessary remedial action to address the same and its consequences. TripsKaro  or any of its employees or associates will not be responsible / liable for the same.

·          Similarly, in case of hotel booking, client will receive Hotel Confirmation Voucher, but this will not guarantee any early check-in or late check-out. The same is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

·         We encourage our clients to check the hotel reviews first before making any booking. TripsKaro can only ensure you of providing the competitive prices and not about the quality of services by the hotels.

·         Airfares may or may not attract Frequent Flyer points. This decision rests with the airline and is not the responsibility of the TripsKaro.

·         Before making any booking of international flights/hotels client must ensure to have valid passport with at least 06 month validity from the date of departure from destination country.

 

7.       FORCE MAJEURE- World weather is becoming more erratic and unpredictable and we cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday due to bad or unusual weather conditions. Please take note that TRIPSKARO is not responsible for changes which arise as a result of events outside of our control, such as technical or maintenance problems with transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, or main charter company, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics.

 

8.       VISA APPLICATION-

·         Client will get necessary information about visa process for different countries on the website. However, Visa application will be an offline process, for which client should contact us on the number & email address provided on the website. 

·         TripsKaro will apply for the visa on client’s behalf and will charge for its services. However, it must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the respected Embassy/Immigration. TripsKaro is neither involved in the process nor is liable in any manner.

·         Embassies reserve the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance or refuse the visa application. Also note that visa requirements/Fee/forms are purely based on the information shared by the Embassy/Immigration/VISA centers and these may be subject to change by Embassy without any prior information or notice.

·         Visa Fee & Service charges are non-refundable.

·         Before applying for visa, client must ensure to have valid passport with at least 06 month validity from the date of departure from destination country.

 

9.       HEALTH POLICY-

 

·         Client should always check about any health policy that are applicable for a particular country they intend to travel to. You should make the appropriate disclosures of health condition, as failure to do so may result in denial of entry, or in you being detained, deported from that country.

·         It is the sole responsibility of the client to check and adhere to applicable covid -19 guidelines, before making any international booking.

 

10.   CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

·         We encourage our client to read cancellation/ rescheduling policies of Principal Suppliers of airline/hotels before making any purchase of the services. Any refund arising due to cancellation of the services by client or supplier will be as per the refund & cancellation policies of the supplier.

·         The applicable refund amount will be processed within 30 business days.

 

11.   PAYMENT POLICY- All payments must be received in full prior to a confirmation being issued. If your payment is not received or declined by your bank or credit card issuer, then, we cannot 'hold' service on your behalf.

12.   INDEMNIFICATION - You agree to defend and indemnify the TripsKaro and any of its affiliates (if applicable) and hold Us harmless against any and all legal claims and demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise from or relate to your use or misuse of the Website or Services, Your breach of these Terms of Service, or Your conduct or actions.

13.   AMENDMENT OR TERMINATION OF POLICIES-

·         TripsKaro may any time modify these Terms of Services without any prior notice to the client.  Hence it is advised, that client must read T&C every time before making any purchase/booking on the website.

·         TripsKaro reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Service if we observe that client has violated any of the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of the TripsKaro or any third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, and/or publishing or distributing illegal material.

14.   JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW: Client agree that the laws of India shall administer any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of these Terms of Service and the courts in Delhi shall have the jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties related to this  agreement.

15.   INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY – None of the client has right to use any of our business names, trademarks, logos, domain names, promotional material or any other brand features. TripsKaro reserves all intellectual property rights. Other trademarks/logos used on the Website that belong to third parties are used with their consent and remain the intellectual property of that party.

This Agreement establishes the complete understanding between the Parties (Client & TripsKaro) with respect to part/full use of this Website. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral, regarding the use of this Website.
